BOOKING POLICY
The itinerary can only be booked upon payment of 20% via bank transfer. A technical email with a Reservation Agreement will then be sent. We inform you that the second part of the payment for the event will have to be completed within 24 hours for the event to take place.
CANCELLATION POLICY
RIGHT TO REPENT
Pursuant to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, "the consumer may withdraw from the contract, within 7 days of signing it or receiving the product or service, whenever contracting the supply of products and services occur outside the commercial establishment, especially over the telephone or at home”.
Cancellation by the participant of the Costa Leste EcoAventura activity: amounts will be deducted, when within the canceled package, there are third party suppliers and they request cancellation fees, these amounts will be paid and deducted from the amounts returned to the participant.
About Cancellation:
Up to 30 days or more before the start of services: 100% refund of the amount previously paid;
Between 29 and 15 days before the start of services: refund of 50% of the amount previously paid;
Between 14 and 8 days before the start of services: refund of 30% of the amount previously paid;
Less than 7 days before the start of services: there will be no refund. Fine of 100% of the amount paid.
“NO SHOW” Failure of the participant to board the trip without prior notice. Releasing Costa Leste EcoAventura from the refund, since all suppliers are already paid and ready to perform the service.
-Rescheduling: Services may be rescheduled or changed, as long as you respect the deadline for providing this information in advance, which is 72 hours. Costa Leste EcoAventura also informs that, due to changes in dates, availability must be consulted, and in the event of an increase in service or changes in costs due to changes, this amount will be passed on to the participant.
Costa Leste EcoAventura reserves the right to cancel if it is not assertive regarding participant safety issues.
